Full Metal Alchemist: You and I
Amazingly enough, I’ve managed to finish another wall. Not that I haven’t been working on it for a very long time, but still. This one’s my first for Full Metal Alchemist, and I’m happy with how it’s turned out.

As some of you may or may not know, I recently participated in the AP Clash competition hosted by Flyin’ and Jay. I had a great time, and credit the competition for helping to get me a tad back into regular walling (though I’ve not finished anything yet, so what else is new
). At any rate, I did want to post the entry I made for Round 1, a Clover wall! I love Clamp, and so making a wall for Clover was great fun, even if it didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped. Enjoy the wall, and hopefully I’ll have more to come.
Huzzah! A new layout for Limelight. It was inspired by an icon by Kawaii Chicken. My little domain has been sadly neglected over the past year or so, but being out of college and into the workforce has really decreased the amount of time that I have for it. That’s not to say that I don’t have walls in the works, because I do, but that they’re taking so much longer to produce. I hope you’ll stick around for their completion. Happy summer!
Three cheers for the New Year! What better way to end the year (and better utilize my vacation days!) than with a wall! It might not be much, but it was fun to make, didn’t aggravate my knuckles (see earlier posts), and utilizes a pretty scan from AnimePaper. Check it out, and enjoy the new year!
So, I’m alive. Or rather, I still exist, somewhere out here. If you’re wondering why the long absence from walling, there’s a simple explanation: computer troubles. My old Dell has finally seen fit to begin dying. Half the RAM slots on my motherboard have died, so the CPU is not reading the RAM. It’s quite literally impossible to wall. (Case in point: it took me about 4 minutes just to get Firefox going and log in to post this. No joke. I timed it.)
So, without walling, I’ve begun devoting my time to other interests and endeavors, until the time comes when I can afford to get the Mac that I’ve been holding out for. Then, all the works in progress I have can be completed! And I won’t feel so guilty for neglecting Limelight XD
In the meantime, I’m still lurking around AP and Minitokyo, so don’t be afraid to say hello!
Ok, stupid post title, but I’m tired. Behold, I was not completely unproductive this past summer! (Only slightly.) It did take me months to get this online, but I wasn’t entirely sure that I would put it online. It was only after feeling a bit badly at how it has just sat there all these months on my hard drive that I finally took pity on it and uploaded it. It’s not much, but it was fun. Happy holidays!
No new work unfortunately with this update. I’ve been getting over a massive sinus infection, so…setbacks to the creativity continue. In the meantime, check out a new affiliate, Kakyoku!
So as you can see, I’ve been a tad MIA this summer. This has to do with a number of factors: 1) I do have a life outside of my computer, 2) I have been rather uninspired lately (this comes in waves for me), and 3) I have developed what I think is a painful case of carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand from too many years abusing my laptop’s touchpad.
That said, I do have some projects I am attempting to slowly but surely work on. First and foremost is a collaboration with Flyindreams, which has been sadly neglected. I have really high hopes for this wall, so Flyin, I swear I’ll work faster!
After that things become less prioritized, though I have ideas for series like Toward The Terra and a recent one I’ve started watching called Bounen no Xamdou.
Don’t give up on me yet! I’ll be around with new work…soon…
Upgrading in progress! Watch for screwiness…
Edit: All done! Looks like things went surprisingly smoothly. The pessimist in me says, “We’ll see….”
New wall! It was time for a grunge wall, and I have been saving this particular image from Tista since I first saw it on AP the day it was uploaded. Everything went pretty smoothly with it, so there you have it. If you’re in the mood for a little summer grunge, check it out!
